DSA Brain

DSA (Digital Subtraction Angiography) of the brain is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualize the blood vessels in the brain. It involves injecting a contrast dye into the patient's bloodstream and taking a series of X-ray images as the dye flows through the blood vessels. The digital subtraction technique subtracts the background structures from the images, enhancing the visibility of the blood vessels.

DSA brain helps in diagnosing various conditions such as aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), stenosis, and blockages in the brain's blood vessels. It provides detailed information about the size, shape, and location of abnormalities, enabling healthcare professionals to make accurate treatment decisions for patients with cerebrovascular disorders.
